Airbnb Checklist
Bathrooms:
-Change and replace towels and bath mats.
-Clean and rinse the sink bowl.
-Clean the mirrors with Windex
-Clean the faucets
-Clean the shower walls, glass and floor.
-Refill hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
-Mop the floor
-Remove trash
-Replace the toilet paper roll, fold it into a triangle and seal it with the tap.
-Scrub the toilet bowl and around the outside of the toilet.
-Empty
-Scrub
Bedrooms:
-Change and replace sheets and bedding.
-Inspect closets and put away any items left by the previous guest.
-Empty garbage containers
-Empty
-Scrub
Kitchen:
-Empty the refrigerator to remove food debris or dirt.
-Clean crumbs or other dirt from the stove.
-Clean the faucets
-Change and replace kitchen towels.
-Clean and dry the sink
-Empty or run dishwasher as needed
-Make sure hand soap and dish soap are full.
-Remove trash and replace bag
-Clean the countertops and interior of the refrigerator.
-Empty
-Scrub
Living/Family Room:
-Dust or clean furniture and frequently touched surfaces.
-Inspect the inside of closets and organize hangers in an orderly manner.
-Remove all trash from the space and empty trash containers.
-Sweep/vacuum the space (even under sofas and tables)
-Empty
-Scrub
Laundry/Utility Room:
-Check and clean up any detergent spills.
-Check that laundry baskets are clean and ready for use.
-Remove lint from the dryer and throw it in the trash (prevent fires)
-Clean the exterior of the washer and dryer (be sure to clean the buttons and knobs)

-Scrub
Exterior of the property:
-Remove any trash or debris.
-Shake out the "welcome mats"
-Clean the barbecue grill or other outdoor cooking areas.
-Disinfect all dining areas.
-Sweep the living/dining area
-Clean patio furniture if necessary.
-Sweep the garage or use the leaf blower to remove debris (as needed)
Replenishment / Inventory / Final Touches:
-Coffee/tea
-Dish soaps/hand soaps
-Laundry detergent
-Napkins/paper towels
-Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body wash)
-Garbage bags
-Make note of other items that need replenishment and send them to the property manager.
-Take final photographs
